Toddler Play Area

Trains, planes, and automobiles is the theme for Ridgmar's toddler play area, designed to reflect the modes of transportation for Fort Worth toddlers to escape and enjoy. Soft seating is available around the perimeter of the play area for the parents to relax and unwind. The play area is located on the lower level near the elevator, and is open during all mall hours.

Gift Cards

Pre-Paid Visa debit cards, easily processed by retailers accepting Visa, are available at Guest Services in any denomination between $20 and $500. Guest Services will accept payment for Gift Cards by Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Corporate orders can be faxed to (817) 763-5146.

There are five (5) pay phone locations throughout Ridgmar:

Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard's
Lower Level Restroom Entrance
Upper Level Restroom Entrance
Upper Level Macy's wing next to MasterCuts
Lower Level Mall Entrance near Rave Motion Pictures.

Stroller Rentals

There are three (3) SmarteCarte stroller rental centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:

Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard's
Lower Level next to the Toddler Play Area
Upper Level Food Court Mall Entrance

Security services include:

Security Escort Service - Ridgmar Security is available to escort you to your car at any time.
Lost Cars - Ridgmar Security is available to assist in finding lost vehicles.
Dead Batteries - Personnel is available to do jump starts.

Ridgmar Mall Management Office

The mall management office is located on the upper level next to Dillard's. The management office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

First Thursday of Every Month

10am - 12noon

Kids Club is an exciting new program from Ridgmar Mall that will provide FREE events the first Thursday of each month that are sure to entertain, enrich and educate both children and parents. Plus, our wonderful merchants will also provide refreshments, goody bags and product sampling (while supplies last).
