ATM/Cash Station Machine
Cash flow running low? For your shopping convenience, there are three (3) ATM machines located throughout Ridgmar:
- Lower Level near Macy's between Sunglass Hut and John L. Ashe.
- Upper Level at the Dillard's mall entrance (inside Dillard's).
- Upper Level Food Court across from Chick-fil-A.
Those Animals
Soft, lovable, safe, and rideable. Those Animals combine the fun of an amusement ride with the convenience of a stroller. They’re perfect for riders of all ages, and the smiles will start the minute you see them rolling through the mall. Simple operation makes Those Animals easy to use for kids aged 2 to 80. And if you’re walking beside one of Those Animals never fear! They go about the same speed you walk, so you’ll easily be able to keep your little ones in sight. You might even be tempted to jump on one too! Take a ride on Those Animals now at Ridgmar Mall. Located on the lower level near the elevator and available for rental Mon. - Thurs. 11am to 6pm, Fri. 11am to 9pm, Sat. 10am to 9pm and Sun. 12pm to 6pm. Prices for the ride are $5 for 10 minutes, $10 for 30 minutes, $15 for 60 minutes. We accept cash/debit/credit cards.
Toddler Play Area
Trains, planes, and automobiles is the theme for Ridgmar's toddler play area, designed to reflect the modes of transportation for Fort Worth toddlers to escape and enjoy. Soft seating is available around the perimeter of the play area for the parents to relax and unwind. The play area is located on the lower level near the elevator, and is open during all mall hours*.
*We want to make sure we are providing you and your children a clean place to play. In order for us to do this, the play area is closed daily between 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. for cleaning. Thank you.
Public Pay Phone
There is a Public Pay Phone available on the upper level in the Food Court near the Restrooms.
Stroller Rental
There are three (3) SmarteCarte stroller rental centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:
- Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard's
- Lower Level next to the Toddler Play Area
- Upper Level, Food Court
Security
Ridgmar Mall Security services include:
- Security Escort Service - Ridgmar Security is available to escort you to your car at any time.
- Lost Cars - Ridgmar Security is available to assist in finding lost vehicles.

Gift Cards
Most Ridgmar Mall stores offer their own store gift card. If you already have an American Express mall-wide gift card issued from the past, it is still good to use at all stores throughout the mall that accept American Express.
Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and department store entrances.
WiFi
Ridgmar offers FREE wireless internet in the Food Court. Just look for the symbol.

There are seven (7) Refreshment Centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:
- Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard's
- Lower Level across from Sears
- Lower Level across from Forever 21
- Lower Level in front of the Restrooms
