Gift CardsPre-Paid Visa debit cards, easily processed by retailers accepting Visa, are available at Guest Services in any denomination between $20 and $500. Guest Services will accept payment for Gift Cards by Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Employment OpportunitiesPart-time and full-time positions available throughout our mall stores are listed in an Employment Opportunities Book located at Guest Services.
Stroller RentalsThere are three (3) SmarteCarte stroller rental centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:
Lower Level Mall Entrance between Old Navy and Dillard’s
Lower Level next to the Toddler Play Area
Upper Level Food Court Mall Entrance
Toddler Play AreaTrains, planes, and automobiles is the theme for Ridgmar’s toddler play area, designed to reflect the modes of transportation for Fort Worth toddlers to escape and enjoy. Soft seating is available around the perimeter of the play area for the parents to relax and unwind. The play area is located on the lower level near the elevator, and is open during all mall hours.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMS)Cash flow running low? For your shopping convenience, there are three ATM machines located throughout Ridgmar:
Lower Level near Foley’s between Sunglass Hut and John L. Ashe
Upper Level at the Dillard’s mall entrance

Coca-Cola Refreshment CentersThere are seven (7) Coca-Cola Refreshment Centers located in the following areas throughout Ridgmar:

Ridgmar Mall Management OfficeThe mall management office is located on the upper level next to Dillard’s. The management office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ridgmar Mall SecurityOur uniformed security team monitors Ridgmar 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They have been trained in crime prevention, life-saving techniques and public relations. The team enforces our code of conduct so everyone can enjoy their shopping experience. Security services include:
Security Escort Service – Ridgmar Security is available to escort you to your car at any time.
Lost Cars – Ridgmar Security is available to assist in finding lost vehicles.
Dead Batteries – Personnel is available to do jump starts.

Ridgmar Mall Code of ConductActivities not allowed on Ridgmar Mall property:
1. Physically or verbally threatening any person, fighting, annoying others through noisy or boisterous activities, unnecessary staring or stalking, or in any other way creating a disturbance which is disruptive or dangerous to others or business of Ridgmar Mall.
2. Assembling for the purpose of disturbing the public peace or committing any unlawful act.
3. Using sexually explicit language, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs which are likely to upset or disturb the peace of other shoppers.
4. Running, skating, rollerblading, skateboarding, bicycling, or otherwise obstructing or interfering with the free flow of pedestrian traffic or with patron’s view of windows or displays.
5. Failing to be fully clothed, including footwear, or wearing apparel which is likely to provide a disturbance or embroil other groups or the general public in open conflict.
6. Engaging in non-commercial expressive activities not in compliance with the Center’s rules for such activities.
7. Soliciting money or other contributions or donations.
8. Defacing, damaging or destroying property in any area belonging to Ridgmar Mall, its patrons or tenants.
9. Throwing, discarding or depositing any paper, glass or other matter of any kind except in designated trash receptacles.
10. Bringing animals into Ridgmar Mall property, with the exception of animals in the company of, and trained to assist, physically challenged persons.
11. Possessing open cans, bottles, or other receptacles containing alcoholic beverages, except in businesses licensed to serve alcoholic beverages.
12. Smoking other than in designated smoking areas outside of Ridgmar Mall.
13. Possessing any item that could be used as a weapon, including, but not limited to: firearms, explosives, fireworks, clubs or sticks over 1/4 inch in diameter, chemical dispensing devices, knives with blades over 2 inches in length, or any other object(s) that may be used in any way to inflict bodily injury on another person.
